Pluralism at the Forefront of the 2013 GA in Jerusalem

Looking back on the 2013 GA in Jersualem, pluralism and freedom of marriage were enjoyed a strong presence.

-Following the excitement of the 2013 General Assembly of the Jewish Federations of North America, hosted in Jerusalem, Rabbi Uri Regev discusses some of the highlights of the convention, which Hiddush was able to participate in and played a significant role in the event's focus on Jewish pluralism and freedom of marriage.

Rabbi Regev participated on the panel, "What's Love Got to Do with It? Who Decides Who Can Marry (or Divorce) in the Jewish State?" which was attended by hundreds of delegates and discussed the dire need for civil marriage in Israel. Hiddush also had a booth which allowed GA participants to access the Freedom of Marriage World Map and learn more about Hiddush's research and advocacy work.
